TRACKCALR

Terms of use

Using Trackcalr for personal food tracking. Updated 14 October 2026.

Using the service

Trackcalr provides food logging, nutrition estimates and calorie-planning tools for adults aged 18 and over. By using the service, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact [email protected].

Review your estimates

Photo recognition, portion estimates, food-reference matches and calorie targets can be incomplete or wrong. Check the food, weight, ingredients and nutrition before saving or relying on a result. Trackcalr is a personal tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional about medical conditions or individual dietary needs.

Your account and content

Keep your account secure and submit only information and images you are entitled to use. You retain ownership of your content and allow Trackcalr and its service providers to process it to deliver the features you request, as described in the privacy policy. Do not upload unlawful content, access another person's data without permission, or interfere with the service.

Review permissions before connecting an assistant. You are responsible for the meal instructions and changes you authorize through that connection. Access can be revoked in Settings.

Availability and third-party services

Free analysis has usage and provider-capacity limits. Providers and available models can change, and results or availability are not guaranteed. If you use a personal provider key, that provider's terms and any charges apply to you.

Trackcalr is evolving. Features may change or become unavailable. Local-profile data depends on your browser storage and can be lost if it is cleared. Keep an independent copy of information you need to retain.

Leaving Trackcalr

You can stop using the service at any time, remove saved meals, revoke assistant connections, or contact [email protected] to request account deletion. Signing out does not delete your saved cloud data. The privacy policy explains retention and deletion choices.

Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
